MPG Books Ltd produces print-on-demand (POD) for a number of its customers. We work with each customer to develop their unique workflows and software platforms which allows us to work together to integrate our systems.

As part of our drive to offer the complete package, we employ our own dedicated development team who work with the market leading production and software companies to develop seamless workflow systems for customers. The workflows have been developed to each customer's individual unique demands which allows them to submit and receive electronic data (EDI) from their systems and ours without costly changes to procedures and file formats. These systems have delivered over half million individual items door to door worldwide in the last 12 months.
Web interfaces are developed to meet each individual customer's requirements with controls for stock management, ordering, production status and reporting.
Platforms used in house are integrated. The systems will search for incoming files, collect, process and pre-flight all in real time with notification to the client. The Software platform is integrated into the digital archive and MIS. The complete life cycle of the product is in real time. Auto notifications within the life cycle are client based including production status through to despatch and invoicing.
POD systems are automated with minimum and maximum stock level triggers available which link to the seamless workflows and digital archive. We are happy to demo the systems and talk with you about your individual requirements.
