Total data flexibility. Customer provides enough information to deliver product - we do the rest. All data is held centrally and protected via the data protection act, and scheduled backups. We can provide exported data in a particular format and layout to import into customers SAP/MIS systems.

Printing and personalising carrier sheets is part of the service that we offer. As the printing can be double sided many of our customers are now asking us to print colour advertisement on the carrier sheet thus maximising marketing and advertising revenue opportunities.

Sarbanes-Oxley Act governs some customers. As we act on customers' behalf, we too have to satisfy these systems. Sarbanes-Oxley Act states we must make best efforts to get correct product to correct customer. The order is read by barcode to obtain correct customer and then all delivery items are bar-coded into the final packaging. This removes all inaccuracies within picking and packing and ensures nothing but correct product gets to the correct customer every time. The system then passes these details into relevant delivery systems and automatically populates the return tracking number for later analysis/reporting.

We can provide full reporting and analysis of all despatches including daily remaining stock levels, daily despatch details including tracking numbers and time of despatch and automated manifest for collection end of day.
